Shipping / Delivery and Handling

All shipping and delivery charges are based upon a fixed price. Delivery is always first class which ensures you get your product in the quickest time possible. The fixed price delivery policy is also highly benificial ifor those buying multiple items saving you more money.

Once goods ordered have left our premises delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier company or postal service used.

Serkota Supplies cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered and we will do all that we can to deal promptly with any delivery problems reported to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order within 3-7 working days, however 14 working days should be allowed for delivery Internationally.

Tax Charges Orders from the UK and EU countries include VAT at 17.5%. Orders from elsewhere are exempt.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If the item has a manufacturing fault, please return it in it original packaging and condition for a refund (Excluding delivery costs) or exchange.
