If there is a problem for any reason with an item that you have bought, and the item is undamaged, email us with the details within 7 days so that we can offer you a replacement. Please note that original or subsequent postage and packaging costs are not refundable.

Shipping / Delivery And Handling

All shipping and delivery charges are based upon a fixed price. Delivery is always first class which ensures you get your product in the quickest time possible. The fixed price delivery policy is also highly benificial ifor those buying multiple items saving you more money.

Once goods ordered have left our premises delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier company or postal service used.

Serkota Supplies cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered and we will do all that we can to deal promptly with any delivery problems reported to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order within 1-3 working days, however 10 working days should be allowed for delivery Internationally.

Orders are generally received in under 21 days. Orders received after 4pm friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

We close Bank holidays.
